What is a Quiet Coyote??

"Quiet Coyote" is a term that is popularly used by teachers in schools to quieten the class. Interestingly, the Coyote spirit animal is associated with healing.  With these two thoughts in mind, Quiet Coyote Wellness was born to produce a healing hub in which I could practice the wonderful modalities of Mindfulness, Compassion and Sound Healing.


The work I do has been proven to help with:
